Maedgen Elementary Outreach Needs
Teacher Lunch
St. Luke's will be providing lunch for Maedgen Elementary School teachers on Wednesday, August 20. We are going to order Orlando's for them, so we are taking donations to help pay for the meal. Volunteers are also needed to bring baked goods for dessert. If you want to donate or volunteer, please contact the church office at 797-4393.
Greeters and Lunch Buddies
St. Luke's will also be providing greeters and guides on the first day of school, as well as lunch buddies for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Contact the church office to sign up.
Nurse's Closet
We have volunteered to stock the Nurse's closet with clothing so students who have an accident at school can have a clean garment to finish the school day. We are looking for gently used shirts and pants for boys and girls sizes 8-12 (donations have already been made for the smaller sizes). We are also looking for new underwear for boys and girls sizes 5-11. If you are interested in donating, please contact the church office.
